    OBJECTION 

    You may not agree with the debt or with the determined outstanding amount. You can let us know by submitting an objection for your debt file. You can also add supporting documents to your objection.

    WHAT HAPPENS WITH YOUR OBJECTION?

    You will receive confirmation of receipt of your objection within 24 hours. This means that your objection has been received in good order by our office. One of ourobjection officers will then process your objection and start an investigation into your file. The processing period is a maximum of 6 weeks after receipt, depending on your objection and the possibilities within your debt file.
